Baseball Diamond Clean-up

MARCH 10^TH  8 AM TO NOON

EVERYONE WELCOME TO HELP CLEAN THE GROUNDS

BRING YOU GLOVES, TRIMMERS AND RAKES

NOTE: NOTHING SHALL BE PURCHASED FOR THE PARKS OR

FOR THE RECREATION BOARD WITHOUT APPROVAL

UNLESS YOU PLAN ON DONATING AND NOT BE REIMBURSED

To do List:

• Fence lines – All cleared of weeds and trash
• Concession Stand Roof – Repair or Replace, replace trim and
• Paint concession stand white
• Ceiling in Restrooms
• Build new Bulletin Board
• Urinal removed from boy’s restroom
• Door on Boy’s bathroom repair or replace
• Latch on Green Shed
• Clean out Green Shed (dispose of old frig)
• Lime leveled at the handicap parking at south fence of large field
• Backstop at small field pipes reconnected.
• All bleachers inspected; board repaired or replaced, power wash, paint or seal,
• weeds and trash removed under them
• Board in dugout replaced
• Gate at south end of large field rehung
• Repair and put dirt in planter in pavilion (Girl Scouts are planting flowers)
• Remove Sand box consider installing a tire jungle gym
• Trim trees
• Fly screens built for concession stand
