Reports of Village Officials
Mayor Hill reported I’ve been working with Northern Illinois University and their Energy Efficiency Program. There will be a review and a meeting to help try and save money along with updating Village equipment.

Mayor Hill also advised that the application for the boiler at the RCC building has been submitted with the USDA. There’s a bit more information required but will be sure to keep everyone updated with that.

Mayor Hill reported that the list of items to purchase with the extra Grant Funds from the Water Main Replacement Project is almost complete. We’re waiting to see if the heating and cooling at the water tower building and also a computer and printer for just the water system for the water tower will be covered, along with items already listed which were the generator, locator, electric panel and water meters. The Mayor advised that she’ll keep everyone up to date on that as well.
